Book of the Moment - Brave, Mad & Memorable by Rob Harley

Rob Harley gave us an inspirational speech at the dinner at Challenges '08. His book Brave, Mad & Memorable is full of the sort of inspiring tales that good leaders need to be reading. It tells tales of courage and inspiration from some amazing people. These stories are about peoples lives but also give an insight into what you can do if you put your mind to something.

Brave, Mad & Memorable is a collection of 10 stories, ranging from the bizarre to the heartbreaking to the inspirational. Some profile the indomitable human spirit: an aid worker in Yugoslavia, a crash survivor determined to walk again, a father searching for his daughter and a woman who has lost her memory. The final story covers Rob's five days on the ground in New York after September 11.
