The "Best Places to Work"

The JRA "Best Places to Work" survey results have just been announced and Nexus Partners Ltd is proud to have worked with New Zealand's top two local government organisations identified in that survey.

Congratulations to the South Taranaki District Council for their top ranking and to the South Waikato District Council for being the second placed best local government employer. The "Best Places to Work" survey measures employee engagement by looking at such factors as culture and values; common purpose; reward and recognition; learning and development; communication and teamwork. We have partnered with the two award winning organisations on a number of projects that underpin engagement and are delighted at their success.
