The Lominger Leadership Architect® Suite is a toolkit of globally respected leadership behavioural competencies, with a foundation of over 20 years of ongoing empirical research and scientific analysis.
A major component of the Suite is the Lominger VOICES® 360° Feedback System. Critical feedback is a must in stimulating people toward self-improvement, job and career success. 360° feedback reveals how a learner's job behaviours are perceived by those around them, and which of these behaviours are considered important for success. In addition, learners can see how the ratings of others compare to their own self-ratings.

The MTR-i is a powerful team diagnostic and development tool that helps team members focus on the most productive ways to improve team effectiveness and from a personal perspective develop their individual team and management skills. The MTR-i profile and report provides a unique insight into an individual's team strengths and his or her influence on team dynamics whilst highlighting areas where development could be beneficial.

Originally introduced at Motorola and commercialised by General Electric, Six Sigma has achieved increasing popularity in the business world. The notion of building business objectives on purely financial targets is now widely recognised as having little relation to a long-term strategic vision. First developed for application with manufacturing processes, Six Sigma was quickly applied to business processes throughout organisations. The fundamental objective of the Six Sigma methodology is the implementation of a measurement-based strategy that focuses on business process improvement and reduction in variation. This, in turn, delivers cost savings through improved efficiency.
