The Need

The Salvation Army Employment Plus is required to perform to certain standards by its funders and by the parent organisation. Therefore it must have a clear strategic direction in order to meet its goals. The ongoing development of the leaders in the organisation is a core strategy.

The Solution

Nexus Partners provides a facilitation service for the development and monitoring of the organisation’s national strategic plan, having now been involved in several planning cycles. In addition, Nexus Partners is delivering the Influential Leader programme for Employment Plus managers throughout New Zealand.
