Project: Marketing Skills Development Programme (MSDP)
The Need
To produce improved rates of business growth from targeted, highly effective marketing training programmes, throughout Asia-Pacific.
The Solution
We have worked in partnership with 3M to design and deliver a modular series of 2-day workshops for marketers with less than 5 years experience or for those with little formal marketing training.
The programme has been cost-efficiently delivered to a wide audience through the use of train-the-trainer workshops, where experienced marketing and human resources staff become accredited to deliver the MSDP workshops in their own country. MSDP has been rolling out in this form since 2000 in 7 countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region and has produced successful marketing outcomes for 3M.
