Terms and Conditions

Programme fees are payable prior to programme commencement.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank deposit within 14 days of invoice.
Programme fees exclude GST, travel and accommodation costs. All fees stated are in New Zealand Dollars.

All cancellations must be received in writing (email or mail) and acknowledged in writing by Nexus Partners Ltd.

When a course enrollee wishes to cancel a course enrolment before an event (programme, course or conference) begins, Nexus Partners Ltd will refund fees (less 20% for administration costs) provided the cancellation is received at least 20 working days prior to the start of the event.

Cancellations received between 10 and 20 working days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund.

Refunds will not be made for cancellations made less than 10 working days before the event.

Substitute enrollees are permitted at any stage prior to an event without penalty.

If a participant ceases their attendance part way through an event, no fee refund will be made.

Where possible, postponements of attendance may be negotiated due to unavoidable cirumstances.

If Nexus Partners cancels an event due to low enrolment levels and you have aleady paid, your fee will be refunded in full.

We will send you pre course information for your programme well before the event. This will contain details of the venue, travel information (including maps), start and finish times, any other relevant details.

To enable our facilitators to understand your specific needs in advance of the programme, and ensure that areas you wish to address are covered, we will ask you to complete a consent and registration form. You will receive this in your information pack.

All full-day programmes include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Please advise if you have any special dietary requirements. If you have any other special needs please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.

All processes, manuals, information and other materials used in conjunction with our events are the intellectual property of Nexus Partners Ltd, and cannot be copied, altered or distributed without the prior written consent of Nexus Partners Ltd.
